Looking Around

When I look around I see a lot of things going on that I would like to one day change. The purpose for me taking this business class was to get a better understanding of the economy  and how I could better present my business with so much going on in the world right now. I almost feel like I've waited too late to even pursue this type of career but the only way I can change certain situations is to begin and not give up. Looking around the world I see homeless people, hurting children, hungry families and my heart goes out to those type people. As stated before, the type of business I want is not necessarily to profit much but to reach out to the unfortunate and make a difference, help provide most of their needs if not all. Businesses now look challenging. I don't want to be moved by the failing stock market when it comes to making a business plan.

Ideas

I have many ideas! I normally try to keep them in a notebook, but I also use my ipad. It is better for me to write down my vision and keep an eye on it from time to time just to see how far I've gotten. Every successful person I've come in contact with tell me they're dreams are now reality because the very first thing they did was write it down. My first thought to that was 'yeah right' then one day I just got inspired to write down everything I wanted to do in hopes that my dreams will come true! I don't get discouraged when it doesn't happen right away , I just add more to it. 

100th Daycare

There aren't many day-cares around where I live so opening open one could be a very good idea! I was traveling one weekend and saw a billboard with a daycare that opens 24 hours for those parents that work crazy shifts. I thought "what a clever idea" it is very rare that you see a 24 hour daycare and the one that I saw was miles away from home, that was actually my very first time seeing one. If  I were to decide to open up a business in childcare, it would definitely be a 24 hour daycare and that would be the thing that other day-cares would not be able to compete with. 

Business

It is very important to do research and learn everything possible about what type of business to go into. The type of business I want to create is not necessarily profiting a ton of money but more so towards helping others. I know this can be very challenging but at the same time rewarding.
